Knitwear of your own design (made to order)

Send Photos/ technical drawings of your manufacturing Specifications by Email, please ensure that your drawing are of good readable resolution. With all relevant measurements.
We will study your documents and give you a costing for the order, with any relevant information appertaining to it. i.e Availability of colours/ estimated time of manufacture.

Terms of Business

From all clients placing an order with us, we ask 50% of the total value of the Order as a deposit. Yarn will only be purchased and orders started after payment.

The remaining 50% to be paid before shipment to the customers premises in whatever country.

All shipping and packing cost, to be paid for by the customer before shipping.

Pricing

Pricing for garments is base on time, material used and complexity of design.
Garments of the same design but of different sizing i.e small, medium, large will be charged at the same rate. Nothing extra to the customer. However XL garments will carry a small added cost, due to the much greater input of material.

Payment

Payment for goods by cash or money transfer to our Bank. Details will be give at the time of ordering. We do not at this time have a credit card facility.

Delivery and Quality Guarantee

We aim to meet the customers delivery dates as long as they are reasonable and practical.
We have an excellent track record for on time delivery dates, we don’t make promises we can not keep.

The customer in parts is in control of accurate delivery times
If you pay on time our deliveries will be on time. When making an order please do consult your Calendar.
Bank Holidays in Europe and our local religious holidays can play havoc with a schedule, so be prepared to work arround these. We consult our calendar in an attempt to anticipate a potential hold up and inform you of any likely problems.

Fire, Flood and Volcano’s we have no control over
A Simple way to avoid delays and disapointment is to give a second colour choice of yarn, if we don't have your ordered colours we will not Palm you off with something which you don't want. We will ask you for an alternative.
